Will the rewards offered here be available after the campaign and pre-order window is over?
Absolutely. Once the pre-order window has closed and Kickstarter orders have been fulfilled, books, plushies, and prints will all be available via my permanent online store. What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is the service I'm partnering with to manage my campaign surveys and help with add-ons and pre-orders. They're the folks you can thank for being able to order more than one book or plushie in a single pledge.
The most important thing to know about BackerKit is that you'll be managing your shipping info through this platform, not Kickstarter. You can always access your survey at 100-demon-dialogues.backerkit.com, where you can update shipping and credit card info, add-on additional rewards, and view updates.

How can I update my shipping info?
Head to 100-demon-dialogues.backerkit.com and enter the email you use to login to Kickstarter. A link to your survey will be sent straight to your mailbox. From there you can easily update your shipping and payment details.

Will the books be available through retailers in 2018?
YES! I'm planning to put the softcover edition of the book into commercial distribution in May 2018. This means it'll be available through booksellers, online platforms, and a (I hope) a wide range of additional small retailers. Backers will have had their books and plushies for a good few months then, so any reviews, posts, and other hubbub you'd like to contribute in the run-up to the book's general release would be greatly appreciated.

When will the rewards be delivered?
Our current estimate is that all rewards will be at the distribution warehouse by the end of January, 2018. At that point we'll begin shipping packages all over the globe! We are current on track to have all rewards delivered before March 2018. I'll be sure to post any relevant updates should we encounter delays (or come in ahead of schedule).

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
Why can’t I log into my account?
Request a login link to your survey by entering your email here:
BackerKit will send you an automated email with an invite link to whatever email you pledged with.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
Can I upgrade or get multiple copies of my pledge?
This depends on the project creator’s decision. If you are unable to see the ‘Want to switch your pledge level?’ after clicking on your pledge amount under “Pledge Level” in your survey, then the project creator would prefer people not to switch pledge levels.
